Dr. Jake Farmer, DDS

Dr. Farmer graduated with his dental degree from the University of Washington. After graduation, he moved back to his hometown of Vancouver with his wife. Now he enjoys a great life with his wife, three young children, and two dogs! Dr. Farmer enjoys the outdoors—whether he is hitting the ski slopes on Mt. Hood, hiking through the Gorge, or visiting the coast—he likes being active in the beautiful Northwest.

Dr. Farmer’s passion for dentistry stems from his own struggles and self-consciousness about his own teeth when he was younger. Looking through old photographs is often a sad tale of no smiles. Modern dentistry changed his life and self-confidence. Giving that same gift of a beautiful new smile is what drives Dr. Farmer to obsess over the small details to strive for excellence.

Dr. Farmer believes in providing a pain free dental experience using gentle technique combined with nitrous oxide or oral sedation after carefully listening to his patients concerns. His passion is providing beautiful cosmetic dentistry using the latest techniques and materials. Dr. Farmer has been on the forefront of digital technology allowing the placement of hi-tech one day crowns saving his patients time and the inconvenience of temporary crowns.
