We participate in most insurance plans that serve the Portland area, including specific plans offered by the companies listed below. If you do not see your insurance company on the list, please call our clinic and we'll be happy to help you.

Please verify participation, referral requirements and benefits with your insurance carrier by contacting your health plan or the patient account representative at your provider's office.

Please note:

1.	Insurances accepted are subject to change without warning.
2.	Above insurances may have an HMO policy that Thurston Oaks Dental does not participate in.
3.	Plans with these insurances may not have an in network policy.
